Increase Size of Letters for Scroller in Contacts

Description

The letters for the index view when scrolling the contact list are too small. Also if the scroll bar is moved as requested in:

 http://shr-project.org/trac/ticket/1025

The letter will be covered by the finger.

Forgot to mention, I really disagree with this, letters become large when you click them, and making buttons big will mean less buttons will be there and we'll have "less power".

If someone can provide a good reason for making them bigger, please let me know by reopening this ticket.
